"The service was amazing, affordable, and included a year warranty. Frank (owner) was extremely responsive and would text when on the way and when he arrived. He was able to identify where the rats were coming into my garage within minutes (something I wasn’t able to figure out) he cleaned out the mess the rats created, and sprayed a solution to completely get rid of the horrible urine smell. I was very pleased with how thoroughly Frank checked for any potential egress into the home and garage and how he effectively dealt with sealing those areas. We have not had a problem since. "If I could give this review more than 5 stars, I would! Frank has worked on my rental property for about 3 years now, and I cannot recommend him and his services enough. Last year, he did a phenomenal job mice-proofing my entire home, and taught my roommate and I effective ways to catch them & keep our home safe and free from rodents. Although Frank started his own business, he still honored my warranty from his previous company (especially since the warranty ends in about 2 weeks)! "Wow! I can't recommend Productive Rodent Proofing highly enough. I had gotten a couple quotes from other places, but Frank was by far the quickest to respond and probably the most friendly out of the bunch. During his (thorough) inspection, Frank pointed out hot spots where things could potentially get in to the house and explained what I could do if I wanted to do everything myself. I couldn't believe that he was telling me this and risking losing a gig. To be completely honest, I was pretty set on Frank after he came for the inspection because not only was his price reasonable, but before he left, he helped block off the hole that the rodent was getting in/out of the house. This was way more than what the other businesses did. Talk about above and beyond! On the day of service, Frank was on time and went straight to work cleaning up and sealing the area where he found droppings. He also installed thresholds to block off entry points. "Frank is a rat whisperer! We've learned so much from him. As has been noted by other reviewers, if you walk around your property with Frank he will teach you about rat behavior and what to look for. He is calm, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable about rodent behaviors. He has sealed all of the access points in our house and caught all of the rats that were in the house at the time which took several visits. He left us with maintenance traps and came back many months later to empty the trap when a rogue rat got in when the garage door was left open. "I can't recommend Frank and Productive Rodent Proofing highly enough! Scheduling was fast and easy. Within 24 hours of my call, Frank was carefully walking me all around our house to find and seal all points of entry. He also gave me a lesson in mice behavior (which was fascinating). Based on what he found Frank didn't think we had an infestation so much as a lone mouse - he didn't try to up-sell me on a huge job saying he didn't think we needed much more help than he could supply on the spot. He set traps, gave me directions on what to do to be sure my family wasn't inadvertently feeding the mice (thus giving them options to escape the baited traps), and then he followed up to be sure the situation was handled. Within a few days we were able to catch the mouse. At Frank's recommendation we will wait a few more days to be sure he was a solo act, then we'll have Frank back out to decontaminate.
